How do I order online?
When you see an item you like, simply choose the size (if applicable) and quantity and click the "Add To Cart" button. A popup will appear to inform you that your item was added to your Shopping Cart. You can then continue to shop the site. 

You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link on the top of the site.

When you are ready to checkout, simply click the orange "CHECKOUT" button the top of the site. If you are an existing customer, you can log in for an expedited checkout process. Otherwise, you can checkout as a guest and enter in your address and payment details. 

You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you can review your order before confirming and submitting your order to us.

You will receive an order number displayed on the site once your order is confirmed, and you will also receive an email detailing your order with us.

Please have the item number and size ready for each item you wish to order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, PayPal, and debit cards that bear any of these logos.

Do you charge sales tax?
By law, appropriate sales tax is charged for orders shipping to NY addresses only.

Having trouble placing an order?
Problems during checkout usually occur due to a mistake in the information you entered.
Please check to make sure your email address is valid
Please make sure your credit card number and expiration is correct
Please make sure your billing address matches what the bank has on file
Please make sure any coupons you are trying to use are not expired, and note that you can only use one coupon per order

How can I check the status of my order?
You should receive an email when your order is placed, and again when your order ships. If you'd like to check on your order and you chose to save a password during checkout, you can log into My Account at any time with your email address and password.
If you are not receiving our emails, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders.

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within one business day, unless an item suddenly becomes unavailable or we need to contact you to verify information on your order. You should receive an email when your order ships.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We happily ship across the world. International customers are welcome to pay with credit cards or PayPal. Please be sure the billing address entered matches the credit card.

There are a select few items on the website that are shipped directly from the manufacturer that can only be shipped within the US. These few products are labeled as US only.

Do you have a paper catalog?
At the moment we do not offer paper catalogs. We add products to the site every few days, so a paper catalog would not be able to show our newest merchandise. All of our products available are always easily accessible via our website. To receive special offers and updates, please sign up for our newsletter.
